Alexandra is working as a Training Team Leader in jNetX Software in Moscow Russia.

She holds a degree of philosopher from the Russian State University of Humanity, Moscow, where she is taught philosophy. Initially she worked as Web Editor for a Publishing company.

She joined jNetX in 2004, and work in the customer support team for 3 years where she get to know the jNetX Platform and start to learn programming telecom applications, while expanding her knowledge about the platform in her daily customer support duties.

Appointed to the training team in 2006, she is since heavily involved in the preparation of the training material of jNetX’s product line. She also delivers jNetX Basic training courses.
